Let There Be Light!

Kitting and assembly projects just became a little brighter with new World Class Industries manufacturing processes that work to improve accuracy and efficiency! Check out the latest options for ideal results:

  • WCI RightLight™
To ensure that the correct parts are pulled for an assembly or kit, bins can be upgraded with WCI RightLight, which uses laser light beams to monitor part selection and ensures accuracy.

  • WCI SmartBins™
Utilizing a series of calibrated scales that know the weight of each part and the desired outcome, WCI SmartBins communicate and trigger LED lights to illuminate and indicate when the correct count of an individual part have been pulled.
