WCI Keeps Up with Video Demand

 

More than 1 billion unique users visit YouTube each month, spending more than 4 billion hours watching videos! But it's not just how-to or cute cat videos that are getting attention. Professionals now prefer to learn about vendors and services via video. Why? It's easier to view and remember. According to recent findings from Insivia, viewers retain 95% of a message when they watch it in video compared to 10% when reading it in text. WCI now is making it easier to learn more about our company by creating a new video series for easy viewing, retention and sharing. Watch our first in the new WCI video series today! 

Hospitality makes for World Class Bike Ride

 

 World Class Industries' headquarters in Hiawatha, Iowa was directly on the path of a world-famous bike ride tour, the RAGBRAI. When the staff learned this, they wanted to do more than wave and smile at the 1500+ riders that were expected to ride right by WCI's facility on July 23.

The RAGRBRAI – or Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa – is an annual seven-day, nearly 470 mile, bicycle ride; known to be both beautiful and challenging. To inspire this group during the last leg of their journey, the WCI team created a giant banner that encouraged enthusiasts to: Enjoy the Journey. This message came during the last few days of the ride, a time when many riders document the importance of remaining in the right frame of mind to finish.


The WCI-Hiawatha team (pictured here) cheered on their wheeled guests and reminded us all that the ride may be just as important as the finish line.
