Our Divisions: Their Services & Responsibilities

Supply Chain Integrator Division

• WCI simplifies OEM supply chains by managing non-strategic and legacy suppliers.
• WCI works to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance using our tools, capabilities, and systems.
• WCI works with supply chain to control delivery & quality as we are involved in many commodities, processes, and supplier manufacturing locations.
• Customer's components are at times drop shipped from supplier to customer, and when WCI takes possession we typically stock and ship in returnables.

Manufacturing Services Division

• WCI simplifies OEM supply chain by delivering modules and sub-assemblies to OEM factories near our customer.
• Reduces customer's days of supply inventory costs and triggers or sequences direct to the line.
• Utilizing special purpose fixtures, laser technology, and customizable IT system solutions, WCI improves quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• WCI expects components to be delivered in specification and works to detect quality issues designed into assembly processes.
