Mission:
The HR Recruiter position will be responsible for hiring activities, training activities and staff development activities for all WCI Hubs. The incumbent will work with outside staffing agencies to identify new talent, review and analyze resumes using our software tools, interview candidates and onboard new hires to the company. In addition, the incumbent will develop and maintain onboarding processes, training programs, and career building programs.
This position is responsible for both the technical and social needs for building people, better processes and providing results. The incumbent will need to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, as well as adapt to continuous improvements, changes, and new challenges quickly. This position will participate in both the technical and social components of the CFO L-10 team.
