Position Description
In this position, you will manage the order fulfillment process, new project implementation, process improvement and equipment research and development for chemical application equipment on agricultural seeding and planting systems. This position will interact with growers/farmers, chemical company representatives, internal and external engineering, internal order fill resources as well as equipment component suppliers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with a variety of departments such as Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Quote, Sales and Accounting to ensure 100% on time order fill rate
- Project management for both current engineered projects and new R&D projects
- Reviews, responds and is the driver of metrics measuring effectiveness and efficiency of the process
- Set performance goals and objectives with manager
- Customer service with growers/farmers and chemical company equipment resources
- Use Camelot/ERP system to regulate inventory by shipping material out by way of UPS/FED integration, inventory transfer, and manual input
- Shipping Material Handling – pull product, pack, secure, scan, and label product using FIFO to prepare for shipping by using fork truck, material cart, wireless scanners, tape guns, shrink wrap, shipping postages, packing slip envelopes, load outbound trucks
- Product level and technology subject matter expert

Education and Experience Preferred
- 4-year degree preferred and/or commensurate experience in agriculture, project management, engineering
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous inventory based computer knowledge and or practical experience
- Prior experience using wireless scanners and specialized computer software
