Position Description
In this position, you will manage the labor and tooling quoting, specification review, facility start-up coordination, equipment application sourcing and early risk management. This position will interact with multiple customers and equipment component suppliers, as well as, WCI sales, location managers, quality resources, fabrication specialists and order fill resources.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with a variety of departments such as Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Quote, Sales and Accounting to ensure 100% on time and in quality order fill rate
- Project management for both current engineered projects and new R&D projects
- Reviews, responds and is the driver of metrics measuring effectiveness and efficiency of the process
- Set performance goals and objectives with manager
- Use Camelot/ERP system to manage projects, procure equipment and integrate new projects
- Product level and technology subject matter expert
- Work cell set up and optimization while applying custom built fixturing
- Staying current with new technology
- Solutions to customer’s technical project criteria in partnership with WCI Sales
- Managing and reconciling work order and procurement funds
- Submitting labor and tooling quotes per an established ERP system

Education and Experience Preferred:
- 4-year degree preferred and/or commensurate experience in project management and engineering
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous inventory based computer knowledge and or practical experience
- Manufacturing, operations and/or work cell experience
